Commendations

Letters of Commendation were sent to Officers O’Donnell, Mayer, Fioretti, Smith and Lieutenant Danzi for an outstanding performance on August 24, 2004 in which they apprehended two suspects to solve a series of larcenies in the Derby South Subdivision.

  • Twenty-two prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in August 2004.
  • Ninety-four Police Reports were filed and twenty-two accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau

Thirty people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Seven people were arrested for DWI.

Dog Control

Twenty-seven appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
