- Twelve prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in December 2014.
- Ninety-two police reports were filed and 33 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 102 simplified traffic informations and 6 parking tickets in December of 2014 including:

Detective Bureau
Thirty-eight people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 5 arrests for DWI in December 2014.
Dog Control
Seven appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control office.
