- Eight prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in December 2016.
- One hundred and thirty police reports were filed and 25 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 156 simplified traffic informations and 6 parking tickets in December of 2016 including:
