Personnel
Dispatcher Mark Bouvier received a Letter of Appreciation for the off duty assistance he rendered to Officer Brad DiMartino on February 7, 2001. With the help of Dispatcher Bouvier, the officer was able to secure the arrest of the combative subject without injury to either party.

- Fifteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in February 2001.
- Eighty-nine Police Reports were filed and twenty-six accidents were reported to the State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau
Twenty-seven people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Ten people were arrested for DWI.

Fourteen appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
