Commendations

Detective Ernest Masullo received a letter of commendation on February 2, 2005, for outstanding investigative work in two burglaries in the Town of Evans that lead to the successful arrest of suspects in one and the recovery of stolen jewelry in another.

  • Fourteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in February 2005.
  • Fifty-six Police Reports were filed and twenty-three accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau

Twenty-one people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. One person was arrested for DWI.

Dog Control

Nineteen appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
