Training
Lt. Michael Masullo and Patrolman Thomas Crupe just completed a 2 week accident reconstruction course. The course was held at the Erie County Police Academy in Amherst, NY.

- Twenty-one prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in February 2010.
- One-hundred and four police reports were filed and 43 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 219 simplified traffic informations and 23 parking tickets in February of 2010 including:

Detective Bureau
Fifty-one people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There was 9 arrests for DWI in February.
Dog Control
Four appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control office.
