Patrolman Ralph Maslach and Patrolman Luke Fioretti received a letter of commendation for outstanding performance on January 25th, 2006, that lead to the arrest of two subjects on felony charges of criminal possession of controlled substance.

- Eleven prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in January 2006.
- Seventy-eight Police Reports were filed and twenty-two accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau
Twenty-six people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Ten people were arrested for DWI.

Forty-six appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
