Commendations

Patrolman Ralph Maslach and Patrolman Luke Fioretti received a letter of commendation for outstanding performance on January 25th, 2006, that lead to the arrest of two subjects on felony charges of criminal possession of controlled substance.

  • Eleven prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in January 2006.
  • Seventy-eight Police Reports were filed and twenty-two accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau

Twenty-six people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Ten people were arrested for DWI.

Dog Control

Forty-six appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
