Evans Police Dispatchers took 2,438 complaint calls, 144 of which were for Helmuth Fire Control, 109 of which were for Brant/Farnham for the month of January 2018.

  • Six prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in January 2018.
  • One Hundred Fourteen police reports were filed and twenty-seven accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
  • Evans Police Officers issued 180 simplified traffic informations and 5 parking tickets in January of 2018 including:

Detective Bureau

Twenty-Seven people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There was four DWI arrests in January 2018.

Dog Control

There were two appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
