- Forty prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in July 2012.
- Two-hundred and three police reports were filed and 18 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 197 simplified traffic informations and twenty-six parking tickets in July of 2012 including:

Detective Bureau
Seventy-nine people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were five arrests for DWI in July.
Dog Control
One appearance ticket was issued from the Dog Control office.
