- Thirteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in July 2016.
- Two hundred and four police reports were filed and 27 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 287 simplified traffic informations and 44 parking tickets in July of 2016 including:

Detective Bureau
Fifty-three people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 9 DWI arrests in July 2016.
Dog Control
There were 6 appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
