- Seventeen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in June 2008.
- One hundred and forty-three police reports were filed and 25 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued one hundred and forty-nine simplified traffic informations and 14 parking tickets in June of 2008 including:

Detective Bureau
Sixty-eight people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Eleven people were arrested for DWI.
Dog Control
Eleven appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
