- Eighteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in June 2016.
- Two hundred and one police reports were filed and 22 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 305 simplified traffic informations and 7 parking tickets in June of 2016 including:

Detective Bureau
Fifty-nine people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 4 DWI arrests in June 2016.

There was 5 appearance ticket issued from the Dog Control office.
