Letters of Recognition
Letter of Recognition went out to Patrolman Michael Masullo for an arrest made on March 13, 2004 for pursuing a suspicious character pushing a bike through a yard which led to an arrest of criminal possession of stolen property, disorderly conduct and fighting/violent behavior.
Letter of Recognition went out to Patrolman Bruce Green Sr. for assistance rendered at the scene of a serious personal injury accident while off duty.

- Twelve prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in March 2004.
- Eighty-five Police Reports were filed and twenty-one accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 248 simplified traffic informations in March of 2004 including:

Detective Bureau
Thirty-seven people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Three people were arrested for DWI.
Dog Control
Sixteen appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
