- Eleven prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in March 2016.
- One hundred and thirty-one police reports were filed and 13 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 176 simplified traffic informations and 3 parking tickets in March of 2016 including:

Detective Bureau
Forty-three people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 3 arrests for DWI in March 2016.

There was 7 appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
