- Seventeen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in March 2019
- One Hundred Sixty Two reports were filed and Twenty Three accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 241 simplified traffic informations and 7 parking tickets in March 2019 including:

Detective Bureau
Fifty Seven people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There was five DWI arrests in March 2019

There were five appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
