Honorable Mention
Officer Terry Addison is recognized for his outstanding performance on November 20, 1999, in apprehending a wanted subject known to be a combative drug addict. While waiting for backup, Officer Addison took the subject and vehicle into custody without injury or incident to himself or the subject.

Detective Bureau
- Ten people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Three people were arrested for DWI.
