Commendations
Officers Tracey O’Donnell and Jeff Mayer received letters of commendation for the outstanding job they did in securing the arrest of two suspects in a burglary on November 21, 2004.
Officers Robert Macko, Sherry Miller and Dennis Rankin received letters of commendation for the outstanding job they did in stopping a high tech burglary attempt on November 25, 2004.

- Thirteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in November 2004.
- Ninety-eight Police Reports were filed and thirty-three accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 67 simplified traffic informations in November of 2004 including:

Detective Bureau
Twenty-eight people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Four people were arrested for DWI.

Twenty-five appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
