Commendations
Lieutenant Charles Danzi received a letter of commendation for outstanding work he did in preparing for a three-day audit which lead to the reaccreditation of the Town of Evans Police Department by the N.Y.S. Department of Criminal Justice Services.

- Twelve prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police Lockup in October 2006.
- One hundred and three Police Reports were filed and twenty-eight accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Detective Bureau
Thirty-four people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. Five people were arrested for DWI.

Seventeen appearance tickets were issued from the Dog Control Office.
