  • Eighteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in October 2016.
  • One hundred and thirty-five police reports were filed and 18 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
  • Evans Police Officers issued 204 simplified traffic informations and 1 parking tickets in October of 2016 including:

Detective Bureau

Forty-eight people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 4 DWI arrests in October 2016.

Dog Control

There were 7 appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
