Evans Police Dispatchers took 2,471 complaint calls, 151 of which were for Helmuth Fire Control, 123 of which were for Brant/Farnham for the month of October 2017.

  • Five prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in October 2017.
  • One hundred and twenty-eight police reports were filed and twenty-five accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
  • Evans Police Officers issued 176 simplified traffic informations and 2 parking tickets in October of 2017 including:

Detective Bureau

Forty-four people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were two DWI arrests in October 2017.

Dog Control

There were no appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
