- Fifteen prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in September 2016.
- One hundred and seventy-six police reports were filed and 22 accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- Evans Police Officers issued 209 simplified traffic informations and 1 parking tickets in September of 2016 including:

Detective Bureau
Sixty-five people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were 4 DWI arrests in September 2016.

There were 11 appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
