Evans Police Dispatchers took 2,594 complaint calls, 169 of which were for Helmuth Fire Control, 127 of which were for Brant/Farnham for the month of September 2017.

  • Ten prisoners were held in the Town of Evans Police lockup in September 2017.
  • One hundred and forty-one police reports were filed and thirty-two accidents were reported to State of New York as reportable accidents under the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
  • Evans Police Officers issued 130 simplified traffic informations and 2 parking tickets in September of 2017 including:

Detective Bureau

Thirty-six people were arrested, mostly for violations of the New York State Penal Law, Alcohol Beverage Control Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law. There were no DWI arrests in September 2017.

Dog Control

There were 1 appearance tickets issued from the Dog Control office.
